There is also a $600.00 non-refundable fee ($250 registration and $350 textbook fee).
Payment can be made for the full year in advance, or by the month with ten equal payments due the 15th of each month, August through May. Your deposit is considered to be your August payment.
If you would like to receive a 5% discount on the remaining tuition balance due, you can pay that remaining balance by August 9, 2019.
Also, there is a 10% sibling discount which is taken off of the lowest tuition rate.
Please keep in mind that if you do elect to pay monthly, you are not paying for a month of school, but for one tenth of the annual tuition. The monthly billing program was established as a convenience for you.
Registration and Materials Fees
The registration fee for new students is $250.00. The registration fee, the $350.00 textbook fee and one month’s tuition are due upon receipt of the student’s application. These fees are non-refundable.
Returning students may enroll for the following year by prepayment of the textbook fee and one month’s tuition by a date (to be established) before the end of the school year. The textbook fee, as well as one month’s tuition, is non-refundable.
If a student is enrolled past the start of any quarter, tuition will be billed from the start of that quarter.
1.After School Care: After school day care runs from 3:15 until 6:00. Any elementary grade student left unattended after 3:30 will be directed to day care. The charge for extended care is $25.00 per day. These fees apply to any portion of 3:30 to 6:00. We require all parents to respect the 3:15-6:00 pickup time.
Charges for pickup after 6:00 are as follows: $5.00 for every five minute increment. (i.e. 6:01-6:05 = $5.00; 6:06-6:10 = $10.00, etc.) There is no charge for early drop-off in the morning (7:00am-9:00am)
2.Holiday Care: The fee for holiday care is $65.00 per day.
Explanation of Billing and Payment Policies
If your tuition has been paid in advance (which includes I-20 applicants) your monthly bill will include only applicable charges for day care or tutoring. If you are paying monthly, these charges are added to your tuition installment.
Payments are due the 15th of each month, September through May. Payments are delinquent if not received by the 25th of the month.
Policy on Delinquent Payments
A $50.00 per enrollment late fee is charged for payment received after the 25th of the month.
A $50.00 service charge/bank fee will be issued when a check is returned from the bank.
After the first returned check, all future payments must be paid by a money order or a cashier’s check.
Our Board of Directors requires that we request the withdrawal of any student whose account is two months in arrears.
There is a $150.00 fee for any student who leaves the program for any reason before the end of the school year.
If a student terminates during the school year, they are responsible for the tuition through the end of the quarter. For example, if a student terminates at any time during the 1st quarter, they are responsible for the tuition for the entire 1st quarter.
Any unpaid balance thirty days after a student leaves will be finance charged at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
International Student ALL Grades
Please note: all funds must be in the form of U.S. dollars and in a cashier’s check.
Payment must be made for the full year in advance by August 9, 2019 or when the student arrives to the United States. Students will be admitted to class when the balance is paid in full.
If students arrive after the start of a quarter, they are financially responsible for the full quarter.
The registration fee for new students is $600.00. The registration fee and one month’s tuition are due upon receipt of the student’s application.
These fees are non-refundable.
• There is a non-refundable I-20 fee of $325.00.
• There is also a non-refundable I-20 administrative fee of $500.00
• Tuition is paid in full. (a non-refundable school calendar – Aug to June – yearly commitment) Students attaining an early graduation date will not receive a refund for the remaining tuition.
Returning Sierra Students
